Small Group Eyelash Extension Fanning Workshop Outline

Duration: 10:00am -3:00pm

Workshop Overview:

• The workshop aims to provide participants with comprehensive training in eyelash extension fanning techniques, product knowledge, lash wrapping, crystalizing, and hands-on experience! 
• Participants will learn four fanning methods, gain insights into lash products, understand lash wrapping and crystalizing techniques, branding & social media and headshots 

Workshop Agenda:

Session 1: Product Knowledge 

• Understanding different types of lash extensions, curls, and lengths.
• Explaining lash adhesives and other essential products.
• Tips for selecting the right products for different lash extension techniques.

Session 2: Fanning Methods 

• Detailed demonstration and practice of four fanning methods:
  1. Off The Strip Method
  2. Sticky Dot Method
  3. Pinching Method
  4. Shimy Method 

Session 3: Lash Wrapping and Crystalizing 

• Explanation and demonstration of lash wrapping technique to create a seamless bond between natural and extension lashes.
• Introduction to crystalizing technique to enhance lash retention and durability.
• Hands-on practice with guidance from the instructor.

Break 

• Refreshments and networking opportunities.

Branding/ social media 

•     Learn the importance in building a brand and how to use visual media to attract new clients through high quality content 
• headshots for your new lash page I suggest wearing neutrals 

Certificate of Completion and Kit Distribution (30 minutes)

• Distribution of certificates of completion to participants who have completed the workshop.
• Each participant receives an exclusive Iris Lash Extension kit containing essential tools and products for practice and future use.
• Closing remarks, feedback collection, and photo opportunities.

• Workshop materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and practice materials, will be provided to participants.
